Christine DePaepe, Vice President of Mortgage Lending and Renovation Division Manager at Guaranteed Rate, is doing incredible things in the industry! Eight years ago, after an unusual request from a friend and a little bit of research, she started their Renovation Loan Program. But she didn’t stop there. Chris also successfully spearheaded the effort to bring the VA Renovation Loan Program to Guaranteed Rate in an effort to alleviate some of the pressures brought on by the VA appraisal process. Today, the program is coming up on its first anniversary.
