Two years ago, Alfonso Garza found himself at a pivotal point in his life. He had just accepted a new position as a loan officer (though he wouldn’t receive his mortgage license until February 2018), and he was expecting his first child in a few short months. By recommendation of his manager, Alfonso entered Ground School™ – the first phase of the three-part ORIGINATOR™ Program, designed specifically to provide the foundation a new loan officer needs to launch their mortgage career.
Fast forward to today – just over 18 months since receiving his license – Alfonso is the father to his almost two-year-old son and a branch manager closing 10-15 units each month.
