That kind of pressure will crush you if you let it. But for me? It became the fuel. I pulled my team into a room and said, “We’re going to innovate—and we’re going to do it fast.”
Not because it was a luxury. Because it was survival.
And guess what? That season of forced innovation turned into the best thing that ever happened to me—and my company.
 

Innovation Is a Leadership Muscle

If you’re a CEO, a sales leader, or anyone responsible for results—you will face these moments. The question is, will you freeze? Or will you get creative?
The best leaders don’t have all the answers. But they ask better questions.

  • Ask your clients.
  • Ask yourself: What’s the opportunity in this challenge? 
Because I promise you—there’s always an opportunity. But only if you look for it.

This became a mantra in my house. Ask my kids what Cunningham’s do, and they’ll tell you: “Cunningham’s never give up.”
And I live by that.
